Digital Products Only
All items offered by RLDigitalCreations are digital products delivered electronically (such as high-resolution image files and digital artwork).
No physical products are shipped, and all files are provided as instant or near-instant downloads once payment is completed.
All Sales Are Final – No Refunds
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital purchases.
- By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and that you will not be eligible for a refund once the order is placed.
Please ensure you review your cart, product details, and file format information carefully before confirming your purchase.
Download Issues & File Access
While we do not provide refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive the digital files you purchased.
If you experience any of the following:
- Difficulty downloading your files
- Corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible files
- Incorrect file delivered due to a technical error
Please contact us within a reasonable time frame with your order details and a description of the issue.
Once verified, we will promptly:
- Re-send the correct files, and/or
- Restore your download access, where applicable
This remedy is limited strictly to replacement or re-delivery of the digital product, not a refund.
Accidental Purchases & Buyer Responsibility
Because access to digital files is granted immediately (or very shortly) after payment, we cannot cancel or refund orders placed by mistake, duplicate purchases, or purchases made without fully reviewing product descriptions.
Before purchasing, it is the buyer’s responsibility to:
- Confirm that their device and software can open the file types listed
- Review previews, descriptions, and any usage notes provided
- Verify quantities, product names, and pricing in the cart
Once payment is processed, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
Unauthorized Use, Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving digital products may be treated as fraudulent behavior, as the files cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us first so we can review and address the situation directly. We reserve the right to provide documentation to payment processors demonstrating delivery of the digital goods and acceptance of this policy at checkout.

This Refund Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws; however, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our standard practice is strictly no refunds on digital products.
